Requirements:
Assists Terminal Manager with the on-site management of PWS requirements. The ATM must have commercial or military experience in fuel terminal operations and maintenance performing and supervising tasks equivalent to a Military Service master level fuels operations personnel or commercial/military standard. This experience shall include receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping petroleum products via modes as appropriate to the installation’s capability and maintenance and repair of bulk petroleum storage terminals, systems, and equipment.
Additionally, an ATM must demonstrate broad experience of fuels functions such as operations, accounting, and laboratory and shall have attended the Fuels Terminal Manager/Responsible Officer Course.
